1. Eligibility and Compliance
Age Requirements:
Handguns: Must be 21 years or older.
Rifles & Shotguns: Must be 18 years or older.
Licensing & Compliance:
Buyers must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, and transfer of firearms and ammunition.
For B2B accounts (Mad Wolf USA), only licensed FFL dealers or qualified business partners may purchase.
Prohibited Purchases:
Mad Wolf reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if compliance requirements are not met.
2. Orders and Acceptance
Orders are subject to approval, including verification of license or eligibility.
Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance; Mad Wolf may reject any order at its discretion.
For firearms and serialized products, the order is final upon transfer to the FFL dealer.
3. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods will be clearly displayed during checkout.
B2B orders may require credit terms, wire transfer, or ACH payments.
Mad Wolf reserves the right to hold, cancel, or modify orders due to payment or credit issues.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Firearms and ammunition are shipped only to FFL holders in compliance with federal and state law.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping and billing information.
Shipping costs, insurance, and risk of loss are clearly stated at checkout; risk passes to the buyer upon shipment.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
